5 Things
From Gideon Barker, founder of Customer IQ
Hi reader
We’re racing through January. Probably not fast enough for those who want to shed the cold, damp weather in favour of some slightly warmer, damp weather. As my kindly neighbour reminded me this morning “Without rain, there are no flowers”.
I hope your January is off to a great start. Traitors is going well (I’ve been totally sucked in having resisted series 1 & 2) and we have an inauguration to ‘look forward to’ on Monday.
Interesting times for sure. Here is your selection of 5 Things this week:
AI-powered A/B testingKeak is a platform that automatically generates and tests variations of your website (copy, design, calls to action, videos). Of all the recent applications of AI that I’ve come across, this one looks really quite interesting. Presumably it’s own website must be the best performing out there?! |
Sports tech predictions for 2025January wouldn’t be January without some predictions, trends and forecasts! Here’s SportsTechX with part 1 of what they think will happen in 2025. Apols you may need to sign up to read this. |
Can you really trust (me)?Trust seems to be an incredibly difficult thing to garner lately. It feels like people are losing trust in everything. But trust is clearly something ‘we’ need to generate in order to work with customers and clients. Are you worried about trust in 2025? |
Book club: They Ask, You AnswerNah, there is no Customer IQ book club (…yet!). I recently listened to the audiobook version of They Ask, You Answer and I really enjoyed it. One of those business books which really spoke to me and my business. It is also full of valuable and practical advice. Worth a read imo. |
Save the date: 14th Feb ❤This Valentine’s Day I am bringing you the gift of customer discovery. A webinar to cover the topic and how I approach customer discovery work for clients. Some theory, tips and case studies. More detail to follow but please do pencil it in your diary for midday on 14.02.25 |
Thanks for reading!
