I’ve been a bit busy lately. A bit too busy to curate a new 5 Things list for you this week.

Busy with what?! I hear you ask (you did ask, right?).

A new free webinar, that’s what!

I am thrilled to announce I am actually a little bit scared to announce this one because it’s going to be a biggie. It’s all about customer discovery and why and how you should be implementing it into your business; into your brand.

It’s taking some time to plan and create the content but I am totally convinced this will be worth it as I kick back into webinars in 2025.

I ran some great webinar events in 2023 and 2024 (check the recordings on my YouTube channel) but they tended to me more about ‘how to’; more about practical tips.

This one is way more fundamental, a mix of theory, some of my own thinking as well as ways to think about how you can bring customer insight into your world.

So I am thrilled, I am excited. Just a little bit scared too.
